Research copyright and stolen property distribution. Purchase of a book doesn’t grant legal right to distribute copies. It’s illegal to make if not the copyright owner. Owning the copyright means your name is ON the copyright page of a distributed book.
You handout stolen property, I reveal what my search finds. Prove removal of ALL illegally posted books and I remove you from here. Your refusal to cease distributing stolen property equals my refusal to cease broadcasting your information.

for those who wish to comment anonymously
I have some comments that I wasn't sure if the commenter wanted to be known, so for that sake of anonymity, I've opened this page.
It is never nice to think about pirates, but it is particularly not nice to think that pirates share books with thousands of strangers before they've even read them!
This certainly gives the lie to the file "sharer's" argument that they do the authors a favor by recommending and sharing books they love.
Melissa Mergen may have shared a total of 1,307 books, but she shared at least 999 of them since February 10th.
I love the comment I was given containing the phrase "if you're not doing anything wrong", but am unsure if I have permission to publish the comment or if I need to do that comment as I did those above. Please let me know which way to go.
